Level 2 Update

May 13, 2020

It has been great seeing the large number of you back playing, even if it has been on your own or within your bubble.

With the treat of Covid-19 still existing, we ask that you adhere to the rules and regulations:

  • Check-in at the Golf Shop when playing casual golf or by printing a scorecard when playing in a competition
  • Two metre social distancing
  • Avoid congregating in groups before and after golf
  • Strict hygiene and sanitisation practices
Complimentary Round – Members Guests

This offer was only available during Level 3 and is no longer applicable, however, it was pleasing to see so many members taking up the offer and being joined on the course by their non-golfing bubble buddy.

Tee Bookings
Over the last few weeks most of you have become accustom to booking your tee times online and the Club will be continuing this practice for casual golf and some competitions.

In addition to the online system, a DOTGOLF APP has been developed to assist with tee bookings and for the purposes of contact tracing includes a Check-In feature. (see below).

For those who find all this technology too much, the Golf Shop staff will be happy to assist you.

Please place your completed scorecards in either the handicapping box in the main foyer or on competition days in the box in the Clubhouse or hand into the Golf Shop.

The changing and toilet facilities will be open between the hours of 8.30am and 3.00pm, however, the main clubroom will remain close.

Bar and Catering

After receiving clarification to the rules relating to opening the Bar and Catering facilities, the decision has been made to reintroduce these services on Saturday, 23 May. Once the finer details as to how these services will be provided are finalised, you will be advised.
